You will need:
Crochet thread: pink, light pink, white, grey, yellow, green, blue -I used crochet
thread „Alize Diva” (silk effect) – 100% Mikrofiber Acrylic.
Hook size: 1-3 mm I used 1,75 mm
2 blue plastic eyes
Polyester fiberfill for stuffing
Scissors
Stitch marker
Needle for sewing

Used abbreviations:
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
increase – work two single crochet in the same stitch from the round below
increase dc (hdc) – work two (half) double crochet in the same stitch from the round below
decrease – single crochet the next two stitches togeather
sl – slip stitch
turn – turn the work and crochet to the oppossite side
Pattern notes:
You can use a different hook, depending what size you want the horse to be.
Use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round. Move the marker up
each time you start a new round.
Numbers in brackets () means how much stitches you have in each round.
Stuff the details in the crocheting process.
The pattern instructions will specify if you are to work into the front or back loop
of the stitch in the round below. Unless otherwise stated, always work under two
strands of the top of the stitch in the round below.
Finished toy size:
height 11 in/28 cm, width 9.8 in/25 cm. It works well in any type of thread, the size of
finished toy depends on the thread and crochet hook you use.

Use pink thread. Start crocheting as you can see in picture 1.
1 st Mane`s outgrowth: Make 7 ch, sc in the third stitch from the hook.
2 nd Mane`s outgrowth: 6ch, sc in the third chain from the hook, sc in the next stitch
3 rd Mane`s outgrowth: 7ch, sc in the third chain from the hook, 2sc in the next stitches
4 th Mane`s outgrowth: 8ch, sc in the third chain from the hook, 3sc in the next stitches
5 th Mane`s outgrowth: 9ch, sc in the third chain from the hook, 4sc in the next stitches
6 th Mane`s outgrowth: 10ch, sc in the third chain from the hook, 5sc in the next stitches
7 th Mane`s outgrowth: 11ch, sc in the third chain from the hook, 6sc in the next stitches,
2ch.
Now crochet 29 sc along the 7 outgrowths – back to the starting point (see picture 1)

Now you will crochet 5 additional rows for your Horse`s Mane.
Row 1: Change thread to light pink. Crochet sc in each stitch, make increase on all 7
outgrowths. Start crocheting with the first outgrowth as you can see in Picture 2. or you
can follow text instruction.
1) 4sc, increase 2 times, 1 sc
2) 4 sc, increase 2 times, 2 sc
3) 5 sc, increase 2 times, 3 sc
4) 6 sc, increase 2 times, 4 sc
5) 7 sc, increase 2 times, 5 sc
6) 8 sc, increase 2 times, 6 sc
7) 9 sc, increase 2 times, 7 sc
Fasten, cut and hide the thread.
Row 2: Change thread to yellow and crochet as you can see in picture 2 or you can
follow text instruction. Crochet all row with hdc in each stitch, make 4 increases – 2 hdc
in stitch 4 times, increase four middle stitches on top of every outgrowth.
Continue crocheting from 7th outgrowth.

Row 4: Change thread to blue. Crochet all round with 1 dc, 1 ch, 1 dc, 1 ch in each

Fasten, cut and hide the threads.
Assembly all part together:
1) Sew neck to the body and head
2) Sew both ears to the head
3) Sew both front legs to the body
4) Sew the first Mane to horse`s head and the second to the horse`s body`s bottom
as you can see in the picture.
5) Take 2 plastic eyes and insert them in the both sides of the head.
