Iris in black, blue, and white colors.

Crochet hook No. 2 or slightly smaller (I use Clover Amour, as it gives a tighter stitch).

2 Row: crochet with blue yarn, make 6 increases using sc, finish the row with a slip stitch

3 Row: leave a tail for embroidering the gleam, crochet with white yarn: sc, 2 increases in a row using half double crochet (one increase in each loop), 3 increases in a row using double crochet, again 2 increases in half double crochet in a row, sc, and slip stitch into the next loop. Leave a thread for sewing. Embroider the gleam.

Assembly:

Mentally or with the help of threads, divide the ball from the bottom into 4 sectors. Sew the legs, each in its sector, around the 4th row from the bottom, stuffing in the process.

Stuff the tail, sew it around the 7-8th row from the bottom.

Sew the beginning of the cord (12 cm) to the third row from the center. Attach regular thread almost at the beginning of the cord, thread the bead, pass it through the cord, again the bead, and so on until the end. Tighten, secure the thread to the end of the cord. Do not cut the thread, but pass it through the beads and the cord to the beginning of the fin and again to the end. Use this thread to sew the fin to the body.

Sew beads to the cord (10 cm) with a thin thread in the same color as on the fin. Pass the thread through the beads a couple of times back and forth. Attach the cord to the body on both sides in the form of wings, level it, then sew with the thread left at the end of the cord.

Sew on the eyes, embroider eyelashes, mouth, nose.
