Secure the yarn and cut it. 

Scarf (Knitted): 

Using yarn matching the color of the boots, in this case, red, cast on 8 stitches and knit in a 1×1 rib pattern for 40 rows. 

Assembly: 

Sew on the muzzle, with the start of it located under the eyes in the 14th row. 

Create a cinch. 

Sew on the mouth. 

Sew on the horns, leaving a gap of 4 stitches on each side of the center. 

Sew on the ears. 

Optionally, embroider eyelashes and eyebrows. 

Sew on the arms in the 41st row. 

Sew on the head. 

For convenience, attach the head to the body using a knitting needle, filling in the stuffing as needed. 

Sew on the tail.
